A role is active — results are ordered by the words found in profile fields; that is not an assessment of suitability. Clear it in Match a role.
Source controls change which fields are read when browsing and matching. Everyday browsing rarely needs them. Ranking and search read provider observations and your corrections; names and locations are also searched from the Airtable import. All sources adds the rest of the import, which each profile keeps as its original source value.
